COVID-19 community engagement survey

The Behavioural Science and Insights Unit (BSIU) at Public Health England is working with local teams to review community and stakeholder engagement activities that have been implemented as part of the COVID-19 response across the region.

There has already been so much important work done by local teams as part of the COVID-19 response. This review will support local teams to identify what work has gone on to highlight some key behaviours to inform the development of targeted messaging and interventions to help reduce COVID-19 transmission in local communities.

We are reaching out to local teams involved with community engagement and behavioural insights work to find out more about the work you have been doing. This might include projects such as community focus groups, gathering feedback on local communication activities or delivering practical solutions to barriers faced by local communities.

This is your opportunity to share the great work you have been doing to help the COVID response in your local community. This survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. Following the survey, we will arrange a call to discuss the work you have been doing in more detail. All the information you provide will be shared with local, regional and national public health teams to inform future community engagement and behavioural insights work.
