E - Reporting: New HIV and AIDS diagnoses, or deaths among people living with HIV infection
For clinicians and reporting centres, this online tool should be used to report:
1) all new UK diagnoses of HIV infection including patients referred immediately after diagnosis but excluding transfers of care from other UK centres
2) only patients confirmed as HIV antibody positive
3) deaths in people living with HIV infection
This form can only be completed in a single session; partial responses cannot be saved due to data confidentiality.

New diagnoses of HIV infection, or of AIDS, in parties aged less than 15 years are reported to PHE by the British Paediatric Surveillance Unit to the Institute Child Health (London): Tel. 020 7905 2815 for details.
